Cuocere a vapore 75g di polpa di zucca per circa 15 minuti fino a renderla morbida.

Frullare la zucca cotta fino a ottenere una crema liscia e trasferirla in una ciotola.

Aggiungere 30g di yogurt greco 0% di grassi e 20g di proteine in polvere alla crema di zucca e mescolare fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Incorporare 5g di lievito istantaneo, 25g di farina di mandorle, 20g di mandorle tritate e 1g di sale, mescolando bene fino a formare un impasto.
