Grattugia il parmigiano reggiano e tritare finemente il prezzemolo fresco.

In una ciotola, sbatti le 2 uova intere con il latte scremato, il sale e il pepe fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Aggiungi il parmigiano grattugiato e il prezzemolo tritato al composto di uova e latte, mescola bene.

Versa il pangrattato integrale in un piatto piano.

Prendi ogni fetta di pane e immergila completamente nel composto di uova, girandola su entrambi i lati in modo che si imbeva bene.

Passa subito la fetta nel pangrattato, premendolo leggermente affinché aderisca su entrambe le superfici.

Disponi le fette panate su una teglia rivestita di carta forno.

Spennella leggermente ogni fetta con olio extra vergine d'oliva.

Inforna a 200°C per circa 12 minuti, finché il pangrattato non risulta dorato e croccante.
