Method

In una ciotola, mescolare l'acqua tiepida con il lievito e il sale. Lasciare riposare per 5 minuti.

Aggiungere la farina di avena e i semi di lino, mescolando fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Coprire la ciotola con un canovaccio e far lievitare per 30 minuti in un luogo caldo.

Preriscaldare il forno a 200°C e preparare una teglia con carta da forno.

Dividere l'impasto in 6 palline di circa 100 g ciascuna e appiattirle formando dei dischi di circa 1 cm di spessore.

Disporre i dischi sulla teglia e bucherellarli con una forchetta.

Cuocere in forno per 8-10 minuti, fino a quando saranno dorati e cotti.
