Method

Versa il latte scremato in una pentola capiente e portalo a ebollizione a fuoco medio, mescolando di tanto in tanto per evitare che si attacchi.

Quando il latte inizia a bollire, aggiungi lo yogurt greco e il succo di limone, mescolando costantemente fino a quando il latte si separa in cagliata e siero.

Fodera un colino con un panno di cotone e versa il composto di latte e yogurt, lasciando scolare per circa 1 ora fino a quando la cagliata si è ben solidificata.

Trasferisci la cagliata in un mixer e frulla fino a ottenere una consistenza liscia.

Aggiungi il sale e frulla nuovamente per amalgamare.

Forma delle palline con la cagliata e avvolgile in pellicola trasparente. Metti in frigorifero per almeno 1 ora per far solidificare.
