Taglia il pane integrale secco in pezzi da circa 2 cm e disponili su una teglia. Se il pane non è completamente secco, toastalo in forno a 160°C per 8-10 minuti, mescolando a metà cottura, fino a quando risulta croccante.

Asciuga le acciughe su carta assorbente per rimuovere l'olio in eccesso, quindi tagliuzzale finemente.
