Method

In una ciotola, mescolare il latte di mandorla tiepido con l'eritritolo e il lievito di birra, lasciando riposare per 5 minuti finché non si forma una schiuma.

Aggiungere la farina di mandorle, lo yogurt greco e il sale, mescolando fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Trasferire l'impasto su una superficie infarinata e lavorarlo per qualche minuto fino a renderlo liscio.

Formare una palla e lasciarla lievitare per 20 minuti in un luogo caldo.

Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C e posizionare l'impasto su una teglia rivestita di carta forno.
