Method

Scongelare la pasta sfoglia integrale a temperatura ambiente per 15 minuti. Nel frattempo, tritare finemente gli spinaci e cuocerli a fuoco medio in una padella antiaderente per 2 minuti, quindi far evaporare l'umidità residua.

In una ciotola, mescolare la ricotta magra con le proteine in polvere (neutro), il parmigiano grattugiato, gli spinaci cotti, l'uovo, il pepe e le nocciole tritate fino a ottenere un ripieno omogeneo.

Stendere delicatamente la pasta sfoglia su un piano di lavoro e tagliarla in 4 quadrati uguali di circa 15x15 cm.

Distribuire equamente il ripieno al centro di ciascun quadrato, lasciando 2 cm di margine sui bordi.

Piegare la pasta sfoglia a triangolo, pressando bene i bordi con le dita per sigillare. Spennellare leggermente la superficie con un po' d'acqua.

Sistemare i triangoli su una teglia rivestita di carta forno e cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 200°C per 22-25 minuti, finché la superficie non sarà dorata e croccante.
