Method

In una padella antiaderente, scaldare l'olio a fuoco medio e rosolare il petto di pollo macinato per circa 5 minuti fino a doratura.

Aggiungere la cipolla tritata e cuocere per altri 3-4 minuti, quindi unire la salsa di pomodoro, le olive, la paprika, il cumino, sale e pepe, e cuocere a fuoco medio per 8-10 minuti fino a riduzione.

In una ciotola, mescolare la farina d'avena, l'uovo e un pizzico di sale fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Stendere l'impasto su un foglio di carta forno, formando un disco sottile.

Posizionare il ripieno di pollo al centro, piegare a mezzaluna e sigillare i bordi con una forchetta.

Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 200°C per 15-20 minuti fino a doratura e croccantezza.
