Method

Iniziare cuocendo il baccalà in acqua bollente per circa 10 minuti, poi scolarlo e sminuzzarlo.

In una padella, scaldare l'olio e aggiungere la cipolla e l'aglio tritati. Soffriggere fino a doratura.

Aggiungere le zucchine grattugiate e cuocere per 5 minuti a fuoco medio.

Unire il baccalà sminuzzato e mescolare bene, aggiustando di sale e pepe.

In un pentolino, scaldare il latte scremato e aggiungere la farina di avena, mescolando fino a ottenere una consistenza cremosa. Aggiungere noce moscata e mescolare.

Unire la besciamella al composto di baccalà e mescolare bene.

Trasferire il tutto in una pirofila e spolverare con il pangrattato integrale.

Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 200°C per circa 20 minuti, fino a doratura.
