Inizia setacciando insieme la farina di mandorle, la farina d'avena e le proteine in polvere in una ciotola capiente. Aggiungi un pizzico di sale.

In un'altra ciotola, sbatti l'uovo intero con lo yogurt greco e l'estratto di vaniglia fino a ottenere un composto liscio.
