Sbuccia e taglia le pere a metà, rimuovendo il torsolo. Metti le pere in una ciotola e spruzzale con il succo di limone. Cospargi con zucchero di cocco e cannella, mescolando bene per coprire le pere.

In una padella antiaderente, sciogli il burro a fuoco medio. Aggiungi le pere con il lato tagliato verso il basso e un pizzico di sale. Cuoci per circa 10-12 minuti, finché non diventano tenere e caramellate.
