Sciacqua accuratamente le bucce e i torsoli di mela sotto acqua fredda, insieme alle scorze di arancia biologiche, per eliminare eventuali residui.

Trita grossolanamente bucce, torsoli e scorze con un coltello, creando pezzi di circa 1-2 cm.

Versa l'acqua filtrata in una pentola media e porta a temperatura ambiente.
