Pulisci accuratamente le cozze sotto acqua fredda, eliminando eventuali barbigni e residui.

In una padella ampia, riscalda l'olio extravergine a fuoco medio, aggiungi l'aglio tritato finemente e lascialo insaporire per circa 2 minuti fino a quando profuma.
