Preriscalda il forno a 180°C. In una ciotola, unisci la farina d'avena, il cacao amaro e l'eritritolo. Aggiungi lo yogurt greco e mescola fino a ottenere un composto sbriciolato.

Stendi il composto su una teglia rivestita di carta forno e inforna per circa 10-12 minuti, finché non diventa croccante.

Nel frattempo, pela e dimezza la pera Williams. Mettila in un sacchetto sottovuoto con il vino rosso, il succo di limone e la cannella.

Sigilla il sacchetto e cuoci a bagnomaria a 80°C per 30 minuti.

Una volta cotta, estrai la pera dal sacchetto e servila su un piatto, cospargendola con il crumble croccante. Gustala tiepida!
