In una ciotola, setaccia insieme 50g di farina di mandorle, 15g di farina d'avena integrale, 20g di proteine in polvere vaniglia, eritritolo 20g, e tutte le spezie (anice 0.5ml estratto, cannella 0.5g, cardamomo 0.3g, chiodi di garofano 0.2g, noce moscata 0.2g, zenzero 0.2g, pepe nero 0.1g, mezzo pizzico di sale e 0.3g di bicarbonato).

Versa il composto liquido nel secco e mescola fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo; refrigera 30 minuti.
