Grattugia il cavolfiore crudo e mettilo in uno strofinaccio per rimuovere l'umidità, quindi trasferiscilo in una ciotola.

Aggiungi l'uovo intero, la farina di avena, il sale e mescola fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Stendi l'impasto su carta forno formando un disco di circa 5mm di spessore e cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 220°C per 10 minuti.

Nel frattempo, scalda un cucchiaio di olio in una padella e rosola i cubetti di petto di tacchino per circa 5-7 minuti fino a doratura.

In una ciotola, unisci il tuorlo d'uovo con il parmigiano e il pepe nero, mescolando bene.

Sforna la base della pizza, distribuisci il composto di tacchino e versaci sopra la crema di tuorlo e parmigiano.

Rimetti in forno per ulteriori 3-5 minuti a 180°C per far sciogliere il formaggio e amalgamare i sapori.
