Versa il vino bianco e l'olio in una ciotola, mescola bene per emulsionare.

Aggiungi la farina integrale e il sale, impasta fino a ottenere un panetto liscio e omogeneo (circa 5-7 minuti).

Avvolgi l'impasto nella pellicola trasparente e lascialo riposare a temperatura ambiente per almeno 30 minuti.

Preriscalda il forno a 200°C.

In una ciotola mescola la ricotta magra, il Parmigiano grattugiato, il prezzemolo, le 2 uova intere, sale e pepe fino a ottenere un ripieno cremoso e omogeneo.

Dividi l'impasto in due parti: una leggermente più grande (per la base) e una più piccola (per la copertura).

Stendi la parte più grande su carta forno fino a un disco di circa 28 cm di diametro e adagialo in una teglia rotonda precedentemente unta con spray di olio.

Distribuisci il ripieno sulla base, lasciando 2 cm di margine ai bordi.

Spezza la salsiccia di tacchino a piccoli pezzi direttamente sul ripieno e cospargila uniformemente.

Aggiungi le uova sode tagliate a pezzetti.

Stendi il secondo pezzo di impasto in un disco e posizionalo come coperchio sulla pizza.

Sigilla i bordi con le dita, pizzicando bene l'impasto.

Spennella la superficie con il tuorlo d'uovo diluito in 1 cucchiaio d'acqua.

Con una forchetta, pratica 3-4 buchi al centro per far uscire il vapore.

Cuoci in forno a 200°C per 32-35 minuti, fino a doratura della superficie.
