Inizia sciacquando la quinoa sotto acqua corrente, poi cuocila in una pentola con il doppio del suo volume di acqua e un pizzico di sale per circa 15 minuti, fino a quando sarà tenera e l'acqua sarà assorbita. Lascia raffreddare.
