Inizia scaldando l'olio extravergine d'oliva in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio. Aggiungi la cipolla tritata e falla soffriggere fino a renderla morbida e trasparente.

Aggiungi i petti di pollo nella padella e cuocili per circa 5-6 minuti per lato, fino a dorarli bene. Rimuovi il pollo dalla padella e mettilo da parte.

Nella stessa padella, versa il brodo di pollo e porta a ebollizione. Aggiungi lo yogurt, la senape e il timo, mescolando bene per amalgamare.

Rimetti il pollo nella padella e cuoci a fuoco lento per circa 10-15 minuti, finché il pollo è cotto e la salsa si è addensata. Regola di sale e pepe.

Nel frattempo, porta a ebollizione dell'acqua in una pentola. Aggiungi gli asparagi e cuocili al vapore per 5-7 minuti, finché sono teneri ma ancora croccanti.

Per servire, disponi gli asparagi nei piatti e adagia sopra i petti di pollo. Spremi del succo di limone sugli asparagi e versa un po' di salsa sopra il pollo.
