In un pentolino, portare a ebollizione 150 ml di acqua salata e cuocere l'uovo intero per 14 minuti. Raffreddare sotto acqua fredda e sgusciare.

Tagliare la sommità dell'uovo e estrarre delicatamente il tuorlo, mantenendo intatto l'albume a forma di coppa.

In una ciotola, schiacciare il tuorlo con lo yogurt greco e un pizzico di sale fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo, quindi trasferirlo in una sac à poche.

Riempire l'albume con il composto di tuorlo, posizionare la calotta superiore e decorare con le olive tagliate a forma di occhi, un triangolino di carota come becco e due striscioline di carota come zampette.
