Sciogliere il lievito di birra e lo zucchero di cocco in acqua tiepida e lasciare riposare per 5 minuti fino a che non si forma una schiuma.

In una ciotola capiente, unire la purea di zucca, la farina integrale, la cannella, la noce moscata e il sale.
