In una padella, scalda l'olio EVO a fuoco medio.

Aggiungi la cipolla tritata e rosola per un paio di minuti fino a quando diventa trasparente.

Unisci le fave fresche sgusciate e mescola, cuocendo per circa 3 minuti.

Diluire la farina di cocco nel brodo vegetale caldo, quindi versa nella padella con le fave.
