Preparare la base: in una ciotola mescolare 20g di farina di mandorle, 1 uovo intero, 2g di olio di noci e un pizzico di sale; formare un disco sottile e trasferire in una piccola tortiera (Ø 16cm) bucherellando la superficie con una forchetta. Cuocere in forno a 180°C per 10 minuti.

Nel frattempo, triturare 15g di aglio e 15g di cipolla in padella antiaderente con 1g di olio, aggiungere 150g di zucchine tagliate a fettine sottili e cuocere a fuoco medio per 8 minuti con sale e spezie.

Preparare il ripieno: mescolare 120g di yogurt greco 0%, 2 albumi, 40g di ricotta light e un pizzico di noce moscata.

Togliere la base dal forno, versare il ripieno, aggiungere le zucchine cotte e cuocere per ulteriori 12 minuti a 180°C fino a doratura leggera.

Lasciar riposare 2 minuti, guarnire con 5g di mandorle macinate tostate e servire.
