In una ciotola, sciogli il lievito di birra in 50 ml di acqua tiepida e lascia riposare per 10 minuti fino a quando diventa schiumoso.

In un'altra ciotola, mescola la farina integrale, lo yogurt greco, le uova, il burro chiarificato fuso, l'eritritolo e il sale. Aggiungi il lievito e impasta fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.
