Cuocere il riso integrale in acqua salata seguendo le istruzioni sulla confezione.

In una padella, scaldare l'olio extravergine d'oliva a fuoco medio.

Aggiungere il petto di pollo a cubetti e rosolarlo fino a doratura per circa 5-7 minuti.
