In una ciotola, mescola l'olio d'oliva, l'aceto balsamico, l'aglio schiacciato, il rosmarino, il sale e il pepe per creare una marinata.

Adagia le fette di bistecca nella marinata e lasciale riposare per circa 30 minuti per assorbire i sapori.

Riscalda una padella antiaderente a fuoco alto e cuoci le bistecche per circa 4-5 minuti per lato, fino a raggiungere il grado di cottura desiderato.

Rimuovi le bistecche dalla padella e lasciale riposare per qualche minuto.

Nella stessa padella, aggiungi la salsa di soia e mescola bene per creare un condimento veloce. Fai cuocere per 1-2 minuti.
