In una ciotola, amalgama lo yogurt greco con il cacao amaro, l'eritritolo e la gelatina in polvere, mescolando fino a ottenere una crema liscia. Trasferisci il composto in un contenitore e riponilo in freezer per circa 3 ore.

In un'altra ciotola, unisci la farina di mandorle, l'uovo e il dolcificante liquido, mescolando fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Versa l'impasto in uno stampo foderato con carta da forno e cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 175°C per circa 15 minuti.

Una volta cotto, lascia raffreddare completamente.

Spalma la confettura di albicocche senza zuccheri sulla superficie della torta.

Estrai dal freezer il gelato di yogurt e, con una forchetta, sgranalo uniformemente sopra la torta.
