Tritura finemente i biscotti integrali in un mixer fino a ottenere una polvere uniforme, quindi versa in una ciotola.

Sciogli il cioccolato bianco a bagnomaria, mescolando costantemente fino a renderlo fluido e omogeneo.

In una seconda ciotola, mescola le proteine whey con il miele e l'essenza di vaniglia, aggiungendo 2 cucchiai d'acqua tiepida per ottenere un composto cremoso.

Unisci il cioccolato sciolto al composto proteico, poi incorpora il burro chiarificato e mescola bene.

Aggiungi la polvere di biscotti e mescola fino a amalgamare completamente.

Stendi un foglio di carta forno, versaci il composto e arrotolalo su se stesso conferendogli una forma cilindrica regolare.
