Method

Inizia affettando le cipolle a rondelle sottili. In una padella antiaderente, scalda l'olio extravergine di oliva a fuoco medio. Aggiungi le cipolle e cuoci per circa 5 minuti fino a quando non diventano trasparenti.

Unisci l'aceto di mele, l'acqua, un pizzico di sale e pepe. Cuoci per altri 5 minuti mescolando bene per far amalgamare i sapori.

Aggiungi le sarde nella padella, copri e lascia cuocere per circa 10 minuti, girandole a metà cottura, fino a quando non sono ben cotte.

Togli la padella dal fuoco e lascia raffreddare leggermente. In una terrina, alterna strati di sarde e cipolle con la loro marinata, aggiungendo l'uvetta e i pinoli tra gli strati.

Copri con pellicola trasparente e fai riposare in frigorifero per almeno 2 ore prima di servire, per far amalgamare i sapori.
