In una ciotola, mescola la ricotta magra con il miele e l'uovo intero fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo e cremoso.

In una ciotola separata, setaccia insieme la farina integrale, il cacao magro, il lievito e il sale.

Incorpora gli ingredienti secchi nella miscela di ricotta con movimenti delicati dall'alto verso il basso, aggiungendo l'olio di cocco sciolto tiepido.

Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e foderauna teglia con carta forno.

Con le mani umide, forma 12 palline di circa 25-30 g ciascuna e disponile sulla teglia, distanziate di 2 cm.

Taglia orizzontalmente a metà i dolcetti (senza separarli completamente), lasciando circa 1 cm di pasta attaccato.

Con un cucchiaino, distribuisci la crema proteica all'interno e, se desiderato, aggiungi un velo di marmellata.

Con il cacao diluito in pochissima acqua, disegna gli occhi e le cuciture tipiche dei scheletri usando uno stecchino o un pennello.

Riponi in frigorifero per 15 minuti prima di servire.
