Mescolare 25g di farina di mandorle, 15g di avena istantanea, 1g di lievito, sale e mezzo cucchiaino di estrazione di limone in una ciotola.

Aggiungere 1 uovo intero, 30ml di yogurt greco 0% e mescolare fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.
