Inizia preparando gli zoodles. Lavate e tagliate le zucchine con un spiralizzatore fino a ottenere spaghetti di zucchine.

In una ciotola, mescola la salsa di soia, la salsa di ostriche, l'olio di sesamo, il succo di lime e i fiocchi di peperoncino. Metti da parte.

Riscalda una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto e aggiungi i gamberi. Cuoci fino a quando diventano opachi, circa 3-5 minuti. Togli i gamberi dalla padella e mettili da parte.

Nella stessa padella, rompi le uova e cuocile mescolando per ottenere un uovo strapazzato leggero. Aggiungi l'aglio e i cipollotti, cuocendo per un minuto.

Aggiungi i germogli di soia e gli zoodles, mescola bene e cuoci per circa 2-3 minuti, fino a quando gli zoodles sono appena teneri.

Rimetti i gamberi in padella e versa il condimento precedentemente preparato. Mescola bene per amalgamare tutti gli ingredienti e cuoci per altri 2 minuti. Aggiusta di sale e pepe e servi caldo.
