Method

In una ciotola capiente, unisci la farina integrale e l'acqua tiepida, mescolando con un cucchiaio di legno fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Copri la ciotola con un panno pulito e lascia riposare a temperatura ambiente per 24 ore.
