Precalda il forno a 200°C. In una ciotola mescola 1 uovo intero + 2 albumi leggermente montati, aggiungi 150g di spinaci surgelati (precedentemente scongelati e strizzati bene), 40g di feta sbriciolata, 30g di mozzarella light grattugiata, 10g di mandorle tritate tostate, 1/2 cucchiaino di origano secco, 1/4 di cucchiaino di aneto, pepe e sale.

Rivesti un piccolo stampo antiaderente (tipo ramekin 15cm) con carta forno leggermente unta con olio spray.

Versa il composto e livella la superficie.

Cuoci in forno per 15-18 minuti fino a doratura leggera.

Lascia riposare 2 minuti prima di servire. Opzionale: 5g di pomodori secchi non sott'olio tritati nel ripieno.
