Cuocere gli shirataki secondo le istruzioni (circa 2 minuti in acqua bollente), scolare e asciugare bene con carta assorbente.

Scaldare l'olio EVO in padella a fuoco medio-alto, rosolare l'aglio per 30 secondi e aggiungere gli spinaci freschi, cuocere 1 minuto fino ad appassire.

Aggiungere gli shirataki, la pasta di peperoncino e il ketchup, mescolare per 2 minuti finché il tutto è ben rivestito.

Creare un piccolo buco al centro, versarvi i due uova e il tofu sbriciolato, mescolare continuamente per 3-4 minuti finché le uova non risultano cotte.

Aggiungere l'acqua, il dolcificante e gli aromi, regolare di sale e pepe, cuocere 2 minuti mescolando.

Aggiungere i germogli di soia e i pisellini, cuocere 2 minuti mescolando. Servire immediato.
