Method

Cuocere le patate dolci in acqua bollente per circa 10 minuti, fino a che non sono tenere. Scolare e lasciare raffreddare un poco.

In un frullatore, unire il peperoncino, l'aglio, lo zenzero, il sale e l'olio d'oliva. Frullare fino a ottenere una pasta liscia, aggiungendo un po' d'acqua se necessario.

Schiacciare le patate dolci in una ciotola, aggiungendo la pasta di peperoncino e la farina di ceci. Mescolare bene fino a ottenere un impasto morbido e omogeneo.

Scaldare una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio. Versare l'impasto in una sac à poche con una punta a stella.

Spremere l'impasto nella padella formando dei piccoli noodles e cuocere per circa 2-3 minuti per lato, finché non risultano dorati.
