Inizia sciacquando i fagioli rossi e mettili a bagno in acqua per almeno 8 ore. Scolali e sciacquali prima di usarli.

In una pentola capiente, scalda l'olio extravergine d'oliva a fuoco medio e aggiungi la cipolla e l'aglio. Soffriggi per circa 5 minuti finché la cipolla non diventa trasparente.
