Method

Inizia rimuovendo il grasso in eccesso dal prosciutto e posizionalo su un tagliere. Fai delle incisioni a forma di mezza luna nella parte più profonda del prosciutto.

In una ciotola capiente, unisci il cavolo riccio, il cavolo bianco, la cipolla, i semi di sedano, i semi di senape, il peperoncino e il pepe. Mescola bene.
