Preriscalda il forno a 180°C.

Lava e taglia le zucchine a rondelle e trita finemente la cipolla.

In una padella, scalda l'olio d'oliva e fai soffriggere la cipolla fino a renderla traslucida; aggiungi le zucchine e cuoci per circa 7-10 minuti fino a quando sono tenere.

In una ciotola grande, unisci la ricotta, le uova, il formaggio grattugiato, le erbe aromatiche, sale e pepe.
