Method

In una padella antiaderente, scaldare l'olio e aggiungere il petto di pollo macinato, cuocendo per circa 5 minuti fino a doratura. Sfumare con un po' d'acqua se necessario.

Aggiungere i pomodori pelati, sale e pepe, e cuocere per circa 10 minuti a fuoco medio.

Tritare finemente il cavolfiore e mescolarlo nel composto di pollo, continuando a cuocere per 2-3 minuti per farlo ammorbidire.

Trasferire il tutto in una ciotola e lasciar raffreddare per qualche minuto.

Formare delle palline o ovali di circa 80 g, inserendo al centro un cubetto di mozzarella light.

Passare ogni supplì nell'uovo sbattuto e poi nel pangrattato integrale.

Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per 15 minuti su una teglia con carta forno, fino a doratura.
