Method

In una ciotola, mescola la farina di avena, le proteine in polvere, l'eritritolo e il sale.

In un'altra ciotola, sbatti l'uovo con lo yogurt greco, l'olio di cocco fuso e l'estratto di vaniglia.

Unisci gli ingredienti secchi a quelli umidi e mescola fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Fai riposare l'impasto in frigorifero per 15 minuti.

Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e prepara una teglia con carta da forno.

Nel frattempo, prepara la crema mescolando la ricotta con il miele e un pizzico di vaniglia fino ad ottenere una consistenza cremosa.
