Method

In una ciotola grande, unire il latte scremato, l'olio d'oliva, il sale, l'estratto di arancia, le uova, il dolcificante e la scorza d'arancia. Mescolare bene.

Aggiungere la farina integrale e il lievito di birra sbriciolato, mescolando fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Trasferire l'impasto su un piano infarinato e impastare per circa 10 minuti, fino a ottenere una consistenza liscia e morbida.

Nel frattempo, cuocere le uova in acqua bollente per 6 minuti, quindi raffreddarle in acqua ghiacciata.

Una volta lievitato, trasferire l'impasto su una superficie infarinata e dividerlo in 3 parti uguali. Formare dei cordoni lunghi circa 30 cm e intrecciarli.

Formare una ciambella con l'intreccio, pizzicando le estremità per chiudere bene.

Posizionare la ciambella su una teglia rivestita di carta da forno e disporre le uova sode sopra, premendo delicatamente.
