In una pentola, portare a ebollizione acqua salata e cuocere i gamberi per 2-3 minuti fino a quando diventano opachi. Scolare e lasciare raffreddare.

Nella stessa acqua, cuocere il petto di pollo per circa 10 minuti fino a cottura completa. Scolare, raffreddare e affettare a strisce sottili.

Cuocere i vermicelli di riso integrali seguendo le istruzioni sulla confezione, poi scolarli e sciacquarli sotto acqua fredda.

Immergere un foglio di carta di riso in acqua tiepida per circa 30 secondi fino a renderlo morbido.

Adagiare il foglio su un piano di lavoro e posizionare due foglie di basilico al centro, seguite da 3-4 gamberi, strisce di pollo e una piccola quantità di vermicelli.

Aggiungere germogli di soia, menta e una spolverata di pepe.
