Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e prepara una teglia rettangolare (24x30 cm) con carta da forno.

In una ciotola capiente, setaccia insieme la farina integrale, il cacao, la proteina in polvere, lo zucchero di cocco, il lievito, il bicarbonato e il sale.

In un'altra ciotola, scalda leggermente l'olio di cocco e versalo nell'acqua calda, quindi aggiungi lo yogurt greco e l'estratto di vaniglia, mescolando bene.
