Preriscaldare il forno a 175°C e preparare 6 stampini monoporzione (o una teglia di silicone da 6 cavità), leggermente oleati.

In una ciotola, setacciare insieme la farina integrale, la farina di mandorle, le proteine in polvere, il cacao, la cannella, il lievito e il sale.

In un'altra ciotola, sbattere le uova con il miele fino a ottenere un composto pallido e spumoso (circa 3 minuti a mano o 1 minuto con frullatore).
