Lava e affetta le zucchine a rondelle sottili, poi grigliale per 3-4 minuti su una piastra calda.

In una ciotola, mescola la ricotta, la farina di avena, l'uovo, l'olio d'oliva, l'aglio tritato, la noce moscata, il sale e il pepe fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Prendi una teglia da forno (15x15 cm) e ungi il fondo con un po' d'olio.

Disponi uno strato di zucchine grigliate sul fondo della teglia.

Versa metà del composto di ricotta sopra le zucchine e cospargi con 15 g di parmigiano grattugiato.

Aggiungi un altro strato di zucchine e copri con il restante composto di ricotta.

Termina con un ultimo strato di zucchine e spolvera con il parmigiano rimanente.

Cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per 20 minuti o fino a doratura.
