Preriscaldare forno a 160°C. Foderare una piccola tortiera tonda (Ø 15 cm) con carta forno.

Mescolare farina di mandorle, proteine in polvere, eritritolo, scorza di limone e curcuma.

Montare l'uovo con yogurt greco e aggiungere gradualmente al mix secco insieme alla bevanda ai fiori di sambuco.
