Prepara una purea frullando 30 g di pesche nettarine e metti da parte.

In un pentolino, scalda 50 g di yogurt greco insieme a 10 g di eritritolo fino a quando non sarà ben amalgamato.

In una ciotola, sbatti 1 uovo intero e aggiungi la farina di avena e la purea di pesche, mescolando delicatamente.
