Cuoci il riso integrale secondo le istruzioni sulla confezione. Aggiungi un pizzico di sale per insaporire.

In una padella, scalda l'olio d'oliva a fuoco medio e aggiungi la carne macinata di pollo. Cuoci fino a doratura, mescolando di tanto in tanto.
