Method

Inizia preparando il ripieno: in una padella, scalda un cucchiaio d'olio e aggiungi la cipolla tritata. Fai rosolare per 2 minuti.

Aggiungi l'aglio schiacciato, il curry, il cumino e la paprika. Cuoci per un altro minuto fino a quando le spezie sprigionano il loro aroma.

Unisci le patate dolci a cubetti, le carote grattugiate e i piselli. Mescola bene e cuoci per circa 5 minuti, finché le verdure non si ammorbidiscono.

Aggiungi un po' d'acqua se necessario e prosegui la cottura per altri 5 minuti. Lascia raffreddare il ripieno.

In una ciotola, mescola la farina di ceci con un pizzico di sale. Aggiungi acqua poco alla volta fino a ottenere un impasto morbido ma non appiccicoso.

Dividi l'impasto in palle più piccole e stendile in cerchi sottili.

Riempi ogni cerchio con un cucchiaio di ripieno e chiudi a mezzaluna, sigillando bene i bordi.

Disponi le samosa su una teglia rivestita di carta da forno, spennellale con un filo d'olio e cuocile in forno preriscaldato a 200°C per circa 25 minuti, girandole a metà cottura, fino a doratura.
